If you want to call EDF Energy, their contact number is 0333 200 5100 their telephone lines are open 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. According to EDF, their busiest telephone times are on Mondays and between 8 am to 11 am on other weekdays so it may be best to try and call outside these hours.
For emergencies, there are a couple of numbers to get in contact with – For gas emergencies call 0800 111 999 and for power cuts call 105.

I have been trying to set-up an on-line a.c, without success. I have used my a/c No as on the latest bill and presumably, the Invoice No it asks for is the Bill Referance. However, it does not recognise these numbers.

I have sent you a few whatsup message about my bill. the estimation is about £3500 and EDF has charged over £4500. could you please come back to me sooner than later? The only response i have so far is that the issue has been forwarded to the relevant depart. what is the solution ?
morning i was contacted by one of your operatives yesterday and i agreed to a fixed tariff for 12 months, i have changed my mind please cancel this fixed tariff and revert to my original agreement standard variable. please confirm this as been cancelled.
