The Great British Insulation Scheme (formerly ECO+) aims to upgrade energy-inefficient homes across the UK to fight fuel poverty and lower energy costs.
With a a budget of £1 billion, the scheme offers free or subsidised full home insulation upgrades and will benefit around 300,000 households, potentially saving consumers £300 to £400 annually on energy bills.
