Avondale Mental Health Care Centre |
Avondale is an independent, not for profit charity that provides services and support to people with mental health needs through its 54 bed housing unit in Prescot. It also offers bespoke rehabilitation programmes and packages. Staff adopt a holistic approach and offer 24 hour person-centred support, respite, re-ablement and rehabilitation for people with complex mental health needs. The centre runs The Avondale Roots and Shoots Project, co-funded by the Oliver Lyme’s Charity which supports resident and staff health and well being through growing own produce, gardening and enjoying nature.
