Grants Available

ECO4 is available across the UK. In some circumstances – such low income households and those suffering from qualifying medical conditions – applications might be made under ECO4 Flex, which is delivered by your Local Authority.

Local authorities in England, Wales, and Scotland are involved in the ECO4 scheme, which aims to identify and support low-income and vulnerable consumers by improving home energy efficiency. Authorities have the opportunity to propose new methods for identifying these consumers, potentially improving the effectiveness of the scheme.
