Freddy is just one of the hundreds of people we’ve helped reduce their energy bills.
Freddy applied for support from Energy Advice Helpline in early 2024, and was delighted to find out he qualified for a free ECO4 grant, to improve the energy efficiency of his home and – importantly – reduce his energy bills.
Both Freddy and his wife Maria live with mobility issues, meaning they qualified for support through ECO4’s ‘Route 3’ criteria, which helps those suffering from a range of conditions which can be made worse by living in a cold or damp home.
