OVO Energy powers over 4 million homes across the UK. There are a couple of different methods that you can contact OVO Energy.

OVO Energy have an online community where fellow customers and staff can communicate with you to answer questions, just go to [https://forum.ovoenergy.com/](https://forum.ovoenergy.com/) to access the community.

The OVO Energy online hub has lots of different self-serve options and help articles for common queries, you can find them here [https://help.ovoenergy.com/#contact_us_container](https://help.ovoenergy.com/#contact_us_container) there's also a live chat facility available there between 8 am & 6 pm on weekdays and 8 am - 2 pm on Saturdays.

**You can call OVO Energy on [0330 303 5063](tel:03303035063) for pay-monthly customers and [0330 175 9669](tel:03301759669) for pay-as-you-go customers. Their telephone lines are only available between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. However, the pay-as-you-go line can be contacted on weekends between 9 am & 5 pm.**
